Technical audit of documentation for construction,
reconstruction or capital repairs of a facility
RIW-Ukraine Ltd. provides services on technical audit of documentation for construction, reconstruction or capital repairs of facilities in Ukraine.
Complex technical audit is an obligatory procedure for Customer to undertake before any construction works, reconstruction works or capital repairs are performed on the facility site because a professionally done technical audit will help to prevent or avoid the situations at which competent state control authorities may apply punitive measures to Customer (penalty for unauthorized works performed on the facility may make up to 50% of the cost of the performed works).
RIW team develops guidelines on further actions for Customer to pass successfully construction works, reconstruction works or capital repairs at the facility site according to current laws of Ukraine, which ensures reliability and safety of investing.
Technical audit of documentation consists of the following stages:

Due Diligence of Documentation before construction works, reconstruction works or capital repairs are performed on the facility site in order to find out whether this Documentation meets the requirements of current laws of Ukraine, which includes the following stages:

Executing analysis of approving documentation, project design and estimate documentation in order to find out whether the documentation meets the requirements of current laws and may be used in further work;

Making list of existing approving documentation, project design and estimate documentation which meets the requirements of current laws;

Making list of deficient approving documentation, project design and specification documentation needed to obtain permit for construction works, reconstruction works or capital repairs of the facility. |

Recommendations to Customer on further actions in order to get permit for construction works, reconstruction works or capital repairs on the facility site (preliminary Customer is to obtain approving documentation, agree upon and obtain positive conclusion on project design and specification documentation etc.).
